Saint Lucia offers a world-class choice of accommodation. You could hide away in a candy-coloured cottage in the grounds of a plantation estate, or be right next to the jammin’ nightlife of Rodney Bay. Book into a high-end hotel with A-list levels of luxury, or stay with locals in a homely guesthouse. Spend your holiday at an all-inclusive resort or base yourself in a more intimate property well suited for getting out and exploring. Another decision to make is whether to stay in the cosmopolitan north, close to golden-sand beaches, or down in the south, where you’ll be surrounded by the island’s most magical scenery. One solution is to divide your time between the two.
Rising majestically above the 600 acre Anse Chastanet beach front estate, Jade Mountain is a cornucopia of organic architecture celebrating Saint Lucia's stunning scenic beauty. The bold architectural design with individual bridges leading to each of the sanctuaries makes Jade Mountain one of the Caribbean's most mesmerizing resort experiences. The sanctuaries are grand sweeping spaces where bedroom, living area and an extravagant private infinity pool glide into one another to form extraordinary platforms floating out into nature. With the fourth wall entirely absent, the sanctuaries are stage-like settings from which to embrace the full glory of Saint Lucia's natural splendour.
La Haut Plantation
La Haut resort is a four-star bed and breakfast resort, which is family, owned, formerly a working plantation with great cooling sea breezes, magical views of the Pitons, Caribbean Sea and the rain forest. La Haut is ideal for weddings, groups, nature lovers and health and wellness holidays. The resort consists of 17 rooms, which can sleep 34 persons with some rooms large enough to accommodate additional persons. The rooms are scattered around the plantation, some in a refurbished cocoa house and copra house. Rooms are spacious, bright and airy with private balconies, bathrooms and all have views.
The only resort in St. Lucia overlooking the World Famous Pitons and the deep blue Caribbean waters, Ladera is the ultimate romantic retreat. Each of the resort's iconic suites are purposely missing the fourth wall, rendering an over indulgence of the breathtaking views ahead. Private swimming pools form part of each suite, accentuating the romance of the sanctuary. Dasheene, its award winning restaurant serves an eclectic, stylish interpretation of St.Lucian cuisine offering a menu of fresh fish caught by the island's fishermen and locally grown fruits and vegetables. In-room massage therapy is the perfect way to unwind in the serenity of the tropical gardens.
