Visit historical Pigeon Island National Landmark
Once an island but joined by a causeway in 1979, Pigeon Island National Landmark houses old military forts and ruins from the 18th Century when the British and the French fought over our lovely shores. Try SNUBA along the beach to see colourful marine life and afterwards have a picnic in the beautiful park.
Take a mud bath at the Sulphur Springs
Popular with locals and tourist alike, head to the Sulphur Springs, the Caribbean's only drive in volcano in Soufriere for a dip in the therapeutic mud believed to help with a number of different ailments. Cake the mud on your skin, let it dry in the heat of the sun and wash it off for super soft skin!
Climb the Piton Mountains
For a once in a lifetime experience, conquer the Gros Piton Mountain with a guide and be rewarded with an out of this world sight of the sparkling Caribbean Sea, rolling hills, lush rainforests and quaint villages. On a clear day you may even see St Vincent in the distance.
Party away at Gros Islet ‘Jump Up’
The ultimate in Caribbean street parties, Gros Islet ‘Jump Up’ every Friday is your chance to show off your dance moves with the locals, have some tasty street food washed down with a few Piton beers or rum punchs!
